By accessing or using ClipKit (“Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use ClipKit.

2. Your Account

›Security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
›Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClipKit to:

›Process content without rights: Submit videos you do not own or are not licensed to process.
›Violate platform policies: Use ClipKit in a way that violates YouTube's, Meta's, or any other platform's terms of service.
›Distribute harmful content: Process or publish content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
›Abuse the service: Attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any part of the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you process through ClipKit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process and store your content solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim any rights to your videos or clips.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process any content you submit and for complying with applicable copyright law and third-party platform policies.

5. Third-Party Integrations

ClipKit connects with third-party platforms and services to deliver its functionality. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those platforms’ own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or policy changes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
